Hey friends, I wanted to let you know that I have joined the Lead Beyond team as an Associate Facilitator. I spent the first 23 years of my career building a successful for-profit business, transitioned into full time ministry where I have been building a thriving nonprofit organization for the last 14 years, and continue to serve as the national missions director at a global, multi-campus church overseeing outreach, disaster response, and domestic missions. In every season and setting, leadership remains the most influential factor in the success or failure of any church or organization. Joining the John Maxwell Team as a certified trainer, speaker and coach a few years ago opened a new path to add value to teams and individuals. Lead Beyond crystallizes leadership principles into the essentials and creates interactive and kinesthetic learning environments that catalyze human development.
