Our Values

Kingdom Focused

Disaster response and outreach are opportunities to serve others and share the Gospel. We prioritize a Kingdom mindset over individual agendas, working with purpose and excellence to bring hope and connect people to the local Church.

The Church

We believe the Church is God’s plan for community and transformation. By providing resources and partnerships, we serve to make the local Church the hero, equipping it to lead, inspire, and bring lasting impact.

Stronger Together

Collaboration is at our core. By connecting like-minded leaders and sharing resources, wisdom, and strategies, we expand the reach of Christ’s love through the local Church and achieve greater impact together.

Value Uniqueness

We honor the unique callings of every organization, church, and individual. Through relational collaboration, we combine our strengths to serve communities with compassion and purpose.

Our Mission & Vision

Mission

We develop and deploy customized solutions that build relational connections, unifying local and global leaders to effectively and efficiently deliver the hope of Christ in every community they serve.

Serve Source makes our entire church better

“Serve Source does not just make missions better, it makes our pastors better, it makes our discipleship better, it makes our youth better. There are so many components to being a part of this group that allows our whole church to be better. So it's not just changing the way I do ministry, it's changing the way our church does ministry, because we have these connections throughout the city that allow all of us to be better and all of us to be a part of the body.”

— Rosalynn Smith, Mosaic Church
