Serve Source exists to strengthen relationships and foster collaboration. This one-day gathering connects church leaders, nonprofit partners, and disaster response ministries to build practical pathways for working together before, during, and after crises.

Dennis Harris
Dennis Harris equips church and nonprofit leaders to move from good intentions to effective action in disaster response and community care. With extensive experience working alongside churches and ministry networks, Dennis helps leaders build clear response plans, mobilize volunteers, and strengthen partnerships that increase impact. His messages inspire leaders to see crisis as an opportunity for Gospel-centered ministry and practical collaboration.
Derick Zwerneman
Derick Zwerneman is a nationally respected voice in church-based disaster response and collaboration. As Founder and Director of Serve Source and a career fire service professional, Derick brings real-world credibility and practical insight to every message. He equips leaders to mobilize volunteers, build strong partnerships, and position the local Church to bring hope, help, and healing in times of crisis.
Michael Gardner
Michael Gardner is a seasoned disaster response leader with more than a decade of experience working alongside nonprofits, government agencies, churches, and faith-based organizations.
As Operations Director for Serve Source, Michael leads the technology, mapping, and communication systems behind the Serve Source platform. He brings together real-world disaster response experience and innovative technology to help organizations communicate, coordinate, and serve more effectively.
